i recommend this coolest place in baguio, we love the place and my kids enjoy their stay, im sure will be back, the management and staff are very helpfull and guide us, its 15 minutes to 20 minutes to burnham park but kids prefer to stay in villas , the place is well maintain and in very good condition.

excellent for families

I have to admit that this wasn't my first choice but booking an accommodation on a long weekend (Oct 29-31) isn't an easy task, all of the main Baguio accommodations were already booked out. This place didn't disappoint though. The location is about 4-6km from main areas like Burnham Park, Session Road, Mines View Park, it's better if you have a car but cabs and Grab/Uber are fine too. The area has a hotel (Gardenville) and after that there are different villas and condominiums surrounding it. The actual villa looked okay, there was nothing fancy about it but it has everything a family needs. Our 2 bedroom villa can accommodate a max of 8 people although Agoda only advertised it for 6. One bedroom is ensuite (has its own bathroom) and has 2 double beds (can accommodate 4) and one sofa bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed but the lower bed is wider and can accommodate 2 pax. The place doesn't have aircon/fan but we were fine cos it was around 18-20 degrees. I think you need to bring your own fan if you're staying there during summer. (You can request for a fan from the reception but they don't have enough so there's no guarantee). The front of the villa where we stayed (villa 202) is a big playground area which my niece and nephew really enjoyed! They also have a place for eating/picnic so one morning we cooked our own breakfast (kitchen is fully equipped) and ate out! The bathroom/kitchen tap/sink has a hot water so nothing to worry if you want to take a shower on a cold day!

Affordable accommodation for Groups/ family with kids

This was our last minute choice for family vacation during the Holy Week. One night stay was just enough as the place was quite old. 

This place is located inside the Green Valley Village. If you're using waze, set your destination as 'Gardenville Hotel', which is also the reception for Garden Villas. It's impossible to move around the area without car. The unit we stayed in was around 5 minute drive away from the reception, Gardenville Hotel. 

We stayed in a two-bedroom unit with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had basic utensils and equipment for cooking. They also provided hot water and towels. But, everything looked old inside the unit. The beds and mattresses were damp and worn out. Worst of all, we spotted few cockroaches in the living room.

Although the area is quiet and less crowded, I wouldn't strongly recommend this place.

Needs improvement

From the minute we entered the villa it was apparent this place is a work in progress. Paint was peeling throughout the suite; musty smell throughout; mattress was worn with no support; windows were inadequate because there were a draft throughout the night and not enough blankets; hot water was inconsistent; missing toilet seat in one of the bathroom; no phone in suite so any questions one had had to walk 10 minutes to the lobby. Pluses, the staff tried really hard to please with what they had to work with, but because of the serious flaws I can not recommend; especially for a family on vaca. Best perhaps for backpackers tight on cash or a last minute booking and every other places been taken

Work in progress

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment (Garden Villas). Place was so rundown and unkept. Furnitures and bedding were so old and dilapidated. Appliances (gas stove and water heater) were not functioning. Toilet ceiling and curtain were mold infested! 
On second day, the power supply was down. Nothing could be done but management was kind enough to transfer us to the hotel (Gardenville) as it was already late.
For health reason, I won’t recommend the apartment for children. On the contrary, the hotel is a different setting altogether. Clean and 
so much brighter. The view from the lobby cafe was breathtaking! 
Go for the hotel and not apartment when making reservation!
