Casa de Campo exceded my expectations. I just wanted to spend a weekend away from Lima and I got much more. The place is very clean, and at all time you could see the their friendly staff working in the premises. The restaurant has a variety of selection and the ones I tried were very good. The room are adorable with their fire place and I liked the look of the bathroom. You can eat at the restaurant or order room service. I am definitely returning next year as I never felt this revitalized before and here are a few suggestions 1. I did not needed repelent, but sunblock is a must. 2. DVD is in every room, so bring some movies to watch. 3. The TV has 95 channels, but none of the channels is a TV guide, so, if you like watching TV before going to sleep, get the local TV guide. 4. There is internet in the restaurant and reception area, but no WiFi in the room, so make sure to download your books, magazines, games, movies ahead of time.
