The building and the room are very nice atmosphere. All staffs are very nice and helpful very much. Very nice location to go many place in historic area. Only weekend nights are quite noisy at night because the disco place is close.

Great boutique hotel with accomodating staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

Don't think, just book

this hotel was wonderful and accommodating and clean. we arrived by overnight by bus and were very tired in the morning but the staff brought us breakfast (helped me discover how much I enjoy Altomayo instant coffee - yum!), which enjoyed from our balcony and watched the sunrise. Our only regret was not booking enough time here and in Arequipa - seriously considering returning just to explore the city more and absolutely would stay here again. I had to work the day we were here and the wifi was strong enough for my work most of the time.

Very safe location and they stopped my partner when she entered and didn’t notify them who she was, which we understood and appreciated. We also checked out very early the following day and they were equally as accommodating and friendly as when we arrived.

Very close to city center and lots of accessible walking to historical and cultural sites of interest.

My stay at La Casa de Margott was excellent and exceeded my expectations. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Staff members (specially Elizabeth) were super helpful, kind and nice. Very attentive and accommodating to any guest needs and/or questions. The place, both common areas and rooms are impecable, very well kept, nicely decorated and clean. They also pack the cutest breakfast bags and deliver them straight to your room door each morning for you, these are included in the room rate. Wifi and hot water were never an issue, they are available and uninterrupted 24/7. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks away from Arequipa’s main square and you have a couple restaurants and mini market on the same block as the hotel. You definitely get your money’s worth and I would highly recommend anybody visiting Arequipa to stay here! Gracias por una estadía increíble, pienso regresar de todas maneras! We came across this wonderful hostal by total luck as the hostal we previously stayed at were full when we tried to rebook (and not as good) and we were so pleased we did! A beautiful colonial historical building, immaculately clean and well maintained interior and exterior. 
Breakfast was good, staff are very friendly and the hostal is super cosy. Loved it! 
We are returning to Arequipa again in November for a visit and can't wait to stay at Casa De Margot again.  
Highly recommend and really good value for money.

Immaculate stay.

Amazing hotel in Arequipa. The staff is lovely (especially the man with sunglasses, not sure if he is the supervisor). Rooms are really comfortable, well decorated and very clean. And the buffet breakfast is great!! Eggs, fruit salad, pancakes, cheese, ham.. 

Amazing hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just amazing!!!! Beautiful rooms and really nice restaurant downstairs. The staff was very nice and helpful and we also had really nice hot water (which is not always a given) 

Why a nice place!!!!! 

We stayed one night a few doors down then did a search for something better when in Arequipa. What a great surprise finding this place. Lovely old building set back within a courtyard. We stayed on the ground floor with huge domed ceiling. If you are off season just turn up and ask for the price. We got an amazing price for the room (which would normally have been out of budget). The staff went above and beyond. They helped with onward transport not pushing your agency options but giving honest advice that allowed us to do a better route to colca canyon (for us) and where very kind letting us use the kitchen to prepare baby bottles. We loved our stay.

5 mins far from the  main square 
Near all the best restaurant, bar and museums 
Hostel is clean 
Team  Was great 
Room clean and spacious , I was on 302 , really bad smell from the bathroom 
And the breakfast is not a breakfast …only bad point

Love It !!!

We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel from a Thursday - Sunday. But on the Friday night, the music from the club across the street made sleeping impossible... until 3:00 am!! It was horrible! We were VERY excited on the Saturday when we walked by and some bylaw officials were shutting it down for the night. Not sure if this is a long-term thing or just a one-night penalty of some soft but at least we got to sleep before heading to Colca Canyon.If the club was not across the street, the location and room would have been rated as a 5 star.
