Came to this hotel for a 6night stay and it was totally worth it!! Very luxury. Since I stepped in, all members of staff were kind and helped out. Facilities were great and amazing waterpark and pools! The waterpark has many facilities, a wave pool, a medium slide which is for those who want an adrenaline rush and the rest are for those who don’t want a severe or easy ride!! Amazing restaurants and an awfully kind black man called Camara helping out at the Burger House. Food is great and a wide variety. Amazing entertainment at night and very gripping. Nice bar everywhere with many different drinks to choose from and a big arcade to play at, at night. A few shops like jewellery etc. Very close to the beach and great scenic places. Also nice view (I had sea-view). The cleaners are also very nice and whenever they clean the room, they make a cute animal for example and elephant or a bunny! Thank you to my cleaner on level 5. Everything you need is here and also the price is totally worth it! I definitely recommend this hotel and probably the best hotel I’ve been to!!! Thank you so much for this I really appreciate it!!

BEST HOTEL EVER!!!

A well positioned place with bright rooms, windows to an attractive courtyard with lawn, a little bright blue swimming pool and a covered breakfast area open to the garden. The owner-lady asked me to cancel my booking with booking.com ... to save the commission I suppose. Breakfast choices included avocado, which was a nice change from eggs eggs eggs.

Bright and attractive

Very nice people at the reception and comfortable room. Showers are not  onsistant with hot water but if you check first and let the reception know, they will try and do something. Breakfast can do a little better. You can either choose egg, avocado or cheese. Can't have both.

Good value

Second visit. At the top end of the old city centre.  It's a 10-15 walk from the cathedral depending on your speed uphill. The street can be noisy but once inside you dont hear it. Typical single story period front leads back to a bright garden with rooms along one side. There is an open air covered eating area for breakfast and a small unheated pool that is not always filled.

The rooms are basic but fine. Clean with adequate bathroom (shower) with consistent hot water. Basic TV. Some rooms have a sleeping loft for families. Ask for a room that looks onto the garden and avoid the first 2 rooms by the entrance. Beds are twins rather than queen. We have only been in the summer. In winter not sure what they provide against the cold.

Breakfast is eggs with cheese, bread, some fruit, maybe an avocado. Cant remember if there was a cereal option. Again simple but fresh and a pleasant way to start the day. If you want something more elaborate walk down to the cafes.

We have been twice for the Hay Festival. Friendly, reliable and excellent for the price.

Cheap and cheerful. Basic but well done two star hotel

We spent two nights in this small hotel during our stay in Arequipa. It is made up of a courtyard with a little pool which is surrounded by the rooms. Our room was basic but clean, the beds were nice and the shower was hot. Breakfast was served in the sun in the courtyard. It consisted of the basics plus a choice of eggs, avocado or ham/cheese and was finished with some fruit. The location was excellent, walking distance from al the main sights. The host and staff were very friendly which made the atmosphere cosy and warm. The only downside was the pool being our of order during our stay because of maintenance. In conclusion a very nice mid-range hotel to stay when you are visiting Arequipa.

Cosy and nice place

Rhe hotel itself is very nice, charmibg building. Rooms are comfortable (ours was a bit small to keep it tidy with all our clothes - trekking).
Be careful though no one in the team speaks english, we had issues with getting our laundry on time, and the taxi we booked for the airport the day before (and for which we got the confirmation by the hotel the morning) never came. They try to fix it but the 5 min we were supposed to wait fir plan b was at least 20 min so we finally took a cab in the street to hurry to the airport. Disappointing and a bit stressful!
