We came to stay from Friday to Sunday, and the restaurant was closed because of a private arrangement. Because of this, we were told that we were upgraded to an exclusive apartment. The apartment were cold, full of spiderweb, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The beds were not clean, there was stains and bugs on the madras. We got another apartment and we were told that the internet connection was even better here. The wifi connection was not working at all, but the first impression on the second apartment was a bit better. But far from what we expected. 
The man in the reception had no knowledge about the hiking routes in the mountains, so we left with a map and thanks to internet we were able to find the routes that we wanted to hike. 
This is a typical winter resort, but the place should have been cleaned for guest all year around. 
Not impressed.
