The bed and breakfast is part of an amenity complex for the elderly. For guests it means a nice and quiet intermingling in a friendly environment. Rooms are comfortable, clean, excellent beds. Compared to the relatively simple BB and pensions in the surroundings, this is a winner for a reasonable price. It might be difficult to choose the room suited for you; additional information by mail is easy to get beforehand.

An other type of hotel

Very good service and quality. The meals are prepared with attention, they are tasty and equilibrate. The ratio Price/quality is excellent. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in The Netherlands so far.

We noticed that this location can serve both single guests and larger groups. The personnal attention of the host and personnel are top on.
For your lunch or dinner you do not have to go far as the neighbouring restaurant  is serving value for money in a nice atmosphere. Both fish and meat is on the menu, and the chef khows to surprise you.
We were for a family weekend with 40 persons and everyboddy left satisfied this location. So we recommend.

Excellent location for a peacefull and well served week(end)

The B&B is set in a very quite and peaceful location ideal for walking with plenty of cycle routes.
Our room was okay but lacked the little personal touches like toiletries as opposed to a soap dispenser and a small fridge to keep your drinks cool.Also no T.V.
We stayed for two nights and during that time our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up.
Also needed to ask for clean towels.The breakfast was adequate and simple.
We booked an arrangement which included dinner for two nights the first night was four courses although we were only served three courses which was noted after the main course.Service in the restaurant was very slow we arrived at ten past seven and the last course was served at nine fiifteen and there were only six other guests in the restaurant.
The second night was a special fish plate for two people inclueding a lobster and various shell 
 fish but this was only one course no starter or desert and was 70.00 euros included in the arrangement???.

Country Location

The location is this B&B is absolutely perfect, especially for a family with children. The estate is very peaceful, there are lots of animals (chickens, goats, donkeys) walking around, and there are toys for kids (like cars to drive in for every age). We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and clean.
For us, it was less positive that the restaurant was not very inviting towards children. The food was great, also for children, but the hosts of the restaurant did not seem to embrace having children as their guests. Of course, it is normal that some restaurants aim for a more upscale/formal clientele, but it is a pity that this does not fully match with a family oriented B&B.

Beautiful tranquil location

The size of the room was ok! There is a closet inside, a table and a chair to put your stuff on. It's a room without a television, but with free wifi (functioning most of the time..). Or room was on the ground floor. There was a big window and windows in the front door. So, you always has to close the curtains and put on the lights, if you don't wanted that other guest saw you. The bathroom was not big, but ok. There was a bath with a shower in the bath. The double room had two single beds.. not recommended if you wanted to lie close to each other, because the beds slide apart! But, i slept very well!! The breakfast is good, with fruits, bread, croissants, yoghurt, .. and fresh orange juice!! For children there was a trampoline, go carts, animals, .. . The place is nice but very big, we like smaller places more.
