You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full payment needs to be completed before arrival by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Please note that it is not possible to cook in this apartment. Please note that the windows in this apartment are restricted. Please note that guests will have to share the hallway with other guests staying at the studio. Doors to rooms do not have locks. Please note that early and late check-in and check-out is possible at a surcharge upon request. Early check-in from 10:00 until 15:00 costs EUR 30. Late check-in from 18:00 until 22:00 costs EUR 30 and check-in later than 22:00 costs EUR 50. Late check-out after 11:00 costs EUR 50.
