Filthy, dirty, of course cheep, almost disgusting 2nd floor we stayed was a sad place to be. Nomad is okey, but this is just pure disappointment. One good thing was the top terrace view and space. That was ok, but the whole building seemed a hoax. The man, who was in charge for the rooms was like a hungry ghost, looking in our valet, and joking about more money. He refused to clean the house after third asking, and refused to return our money after telling him we leave after the first night. Unless your a needless surfer with no money, i advice not to go this place. If you are, still, better stay on the shore.

A sad place to spend holidays.

The apartment was dirty, the bathroom filthy, the kitchen was ill equipped and inadequate and the fridge was not cleaned and didn't work. Linen was not provided as stated on the site. The apartment was not even remotely like the photos that were used on the site to advertise it. The manager tried to sell us a different appartment for more money that still did not meet the specifications of the apartment we saw and booked online.  Even though we were promised a fridge that would work, it did not arrive and our booking was for a month. The wifi did not work for more than half the time. The manager was unresponsive to emails we sent prior to arrival about pick up and cost from the airport in Agadir but was waiting at the airport anyway. Consequently the pickup cost us considerably more than the usual taxi fare. The manager was racist and asked for additional papers from one of us (one of us is European and the other African) apart from our passports. There was some construction work going on in the stairwell which added to the noise and the stairwell was always dirty. For the price we were obviously not expecting the Taj Mahal. But we did expect to get what was advertised and promised and this was nothing like it. A terrible place and we would not recommend it to anyone. The Facebook page also makes it look a lot better than what it is. We left five days before the end of our booking period because it was such an unpleasant apartment all round.

The worst accommidation

to sum it up short: Don't book! There are lot of better places for the same price or at least cheaper ones if comfort and cleanliness doesn't count for you at all.

I Have been sleeping at a lot hostels, guesthouses and cheap (5-10€/Night) places. This one was one of the worse.

We (Couple of frequent surf-travellers 30 and 29) didn't expected way too much, but at least what we booked and judged by the pictures shown on booking.com. 

We booked a double with balcony and bathroom. What we got was a noisy room in 1st floor with a very(!) worn, dirty matress on the floor and some blankets. The Balcony was a shared balcony accessible for everybody. Of course there were no curtains at the windows, but opening them wasn't necessary because of the chainsmoking guests in the morning and the loud noise from the street.

After complaining they told us we get a new room, but of course and as expected nothing happened that day. 

Two days after arrival we got the top roof appartment what was quite nice in terms of space and quietness (still dirty) but of course not without any more hassle. They wanted to charge us more for that and only after lot discussion we could move up there 2 days after arrival. Still has a shared Terrace but at least with a view and during the time not many people came up there so we got it for us most of the time. 

The two "Managers" are quite friendly at all. But don't expect a classical surf accomodation. 
It's basically just some guys renting appartments. No reception, no Food, no own service at all...
