Clean room, nice view from the balcony, helpful stafff (although some speak only a little English), nice breakfast. The pools were available, but it can get a little hot in the afternoons. Not far from the beach, the city center and alike the old town is in the walking distance. They have small parking place of their own on the roof. 

It's built in a hill, so many floors and a lot of stairs. The entrance is from the uppermost floor.

Nice view over the city

Location is good, 10 minute walk to the beach and old town. Rooms are very decent with nice views to the sea and old town. Breakfast is decent and the guy in charge of the breakfast is really nice. Parking possibilities are good. Wifi was working very poorly. Brilliant terrace with small pool.

Very nice place!

The hotel is very nice and the staff is amazing. Next time in Ulcinj I will definitely come back. We had an amazing experience. The view from the terrace and balcony is stunning and the center is 5 minutes walking.

Best View on Old Town / Very Nice facilities / Excellent Host

The location is good with a nice view over all of Ulcinj. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He served us breakfast in the room every morning, and askes us which food we prefered. He helped us with information about the area and even drove us to the bus station for free. That's good service! You really get a lot for your money here.

Really good service

This is a small family run business and the owner is a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. It was a good base for is exploring Eastern Montenegro. 

Positives:
- good location with parking. There are stairs a couple of buildings down which lead to the beach, bars and restaurants below
- view whilst eating breakfast pretty outstanding
- friendly, helpful owner
- great value for money

A couple of niggles: 
- the sheets were not wide or long enough to tuck into the double bed so came apart each night which was a pain. Bed not particularly comfortable, but good pillows and choice of blankets
- fairly foul smell coming from the bathroom drains
- shower was variable, in the morning the best we could manage was Luke warm. But post beach shower in the evening was nice and warm 
- we got bit during the night, killed a couple of Mosquitos, I'd recommend bringing in a plug in repellant

Overall it represented very good value for money, if you want luxury then expect to pay more, this was a good budget friendly option.
