We stayed in Vila Perast for 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to you. 
+ Nice&tasty breakfast
+ Kind personnel
Especially Elza ,from Brasil, in Reception , she is very kind&friendly. 

Hotel, They are taking you from entrance of Perast with golf cart, also thats nice service. 

Just negative thing is , its not for otel for all perast stay, parking is problem. You cant enter inside with your car.

Delightful stay at this place, really one of those times were the staff really made it a great experience.  The girl on the front desk, Nadja, was super helpful and a real boon to the place.  Wonderful breakfast as well.

Visited with my family, including two coeliacs. Lovely location at the water's edge. They ordered gluten free pizzas, which arrived with lovely handmade bases, and unusually were the clear equal of the 'normal' pizza we also ordered. The waitress was patient and careful and took care to check the details with the kitchen. There were lots of great options for gluten free and otherwise, which is hugely appreciated in a country where GF offerings still aren't very common. If you're looking for gluten free and are exploring the area, also try Marshalls Gelato in nearby Kotor, where all the ice cream is GF and GF cones are available too, and Restobar Taraca, also in Kotor and which also details GF :)

Another night in Perast staying at this gorgeous hotel. I decided to dine in the attached restaurant downstairs where I’d had a sumptuous breakfast this morning. 
I was offered a table on the absolute waterfront, complete with flowers and candle. I ate the risotto which was delicious! The waiter was so attentive and I felt relaxed and the whole experience was so different from last night at Skolji. Perast redeemed! 

We stayed for three nights in August at Hotel Perast, which is slightly set back from the road right in the heart of the village. The staff were super friendly and eager to help with recommendation/directions. 

Our room was simply furnished with a good sized, clean bathroom. The breakfast options are simple but tasty. However, the one lunch we ate here together with a group of friends was by common consent, absolutely superb. Such great seafood mains and very good starters and desserts. Furthermore it was served on the little covered terrace that juts out into the water. This was the best meal we ate in Perast. 

The benefit of the hotel's central location is the short walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and other attractions. However, the disadvantage of its central location, if you are coming by car, is that it's a fairly long walk to the car park at the perimeter of the village. Be aware that if you are coming by car, finding a space is also a challenge! 

Overall, for what we paid for our B&B stay, this is a great value hotel.

Nice little hotel in heart of Perast. Overall happy with stay, room and so on.

The site does say use of Canoe,which is not accurate it’s you can hire one near by.  

Definitely worth the extra for a sea view, was a lovely view to wake up to.

Breakfast was a little basic and could make all the difference is a little improved, perhaps freshly squeezed juice and a little more to choose from.

Would still recommend for a stay.

Having enjoyed a week on a gulet exploring the coast of Montenegro we checked in to this lovely hotel for a further week. Spacious, comfortable clean room with great en suite. Buffet Breakfast with lovely freshly cooked omelettes can be enjoyed by the waterside where you can also partake of a drink or two as and when you want. Very reasonable prices. Air con in bedroom. Sheets and towels changed every day! Highly recommend this hotel BUT don't expect noise, parties or discos! 

I didn't stay in the hotel, but I had lunch here.  The outside tables were beautifully set, they really looked inviting.   Service was a bit slow, but food was good.   A  nice and quiet place for lunch/dinner in a small street in Perast.

Cons cold shower on two of the 4 days, basic accommodation no way boutique, breakfast just ok, staff indifferent
