It is 5 stars for me, only minus is that Hotel is bit overpriced.
Rooms are perfect clean, modern, good AC.
Breakfast is nice. It is new and nice, you cannot ask for more for short stay. Good thing is free internet and parking in front. There are some shops just in front.

On the road from Adriatic sea to Durmitor National park, optimal stop is in Nikšić. For me, the best solution here is this hotel. Excellent montenegrin kitchen and excellent staff. In the shop you can buy their very good and cheap wines.

Every year traveling to Montenegrin coast, I make a break in the restaurant of this hotel. I always have breakfast and coffee, and I think the place if the best for it. On the major road to the south, the place offers in my opinion, the best breakfast around. I usually have a "pizza sandwich" (as they call it) with "prsuta" and it is simply great! You get some sour cream and pickles as additions too. The meal is HUGE and can keep you happy till afternoon. Great food, great service, great prices! Recommended!

Nice option to sleep in niksic. Room and restaurant is good. Brakfast is not very complete. No buffet option. Access not possible for handicapped people. Probably best option in niksic if you want to stop by

Nice hotel. Probably best in town

This hotel is acceptable for the international tourist or business traveller. The restaurant is okay, they have good wines, and the breakfast menu is delicious. The restaurant terrace/balcony attracts a young crowd of local guys and gals who seem to percieve that place as "trendy" : maybe it is trendy by Niksic standards :) . Some of the rooms persistently smell like sewage, others don't and they'll switch you to another room if you complain, but after several stays it looks like they can't fix it.. The plastic shower cabins are strange, some of them slightly broken, looking like they were produced by an old factory of former Yougoslavia. The air conditioning is disabled until outside temperatures are reached that local managers percieve as unbearable. Altogether the price is affordable, Decoration is a bit old-fashioned but this hotel is clean. The internet works well. Staff is nice and has an acceptable command of English. Price is affordable for westerners. This is a no-thrills place, secure, affordable, friendly and clean, just a bit worn out.

we stayed at the hotel in july. We took 7 rooms and we were so dissapointed.it seems that we were the only guests and There is no elevator,the room were less than basic.the location is so bad that you just cant go out of the hotel st night. Breakfast was terrble and it took us more than 30 minutes to get our coffe. Altough the slow service . we ate very good dinner at the hotel.

Poor hotel, bad service

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Very unfriendly and disorganized, 
nothing worked in this hotel. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!
