Went back and spent a night, rooms are getting new firm mattresses and very needed A/C. Receptionist said they will be remodeling all rooms and getting upgrades to the old showers, prices still affordable and location is the best for tourist.  Free parking and restaurants, casino and bars all around, can't beat that for the price...

Wedding

Don't expect something fantastic, but the place has its advantages like a good and safe location (it's close to the main street with shops, restaurants) and cheap fares. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was no fridge or microwave. No windows as well, which made it pretty dark. Also, if that's one of your standards, be aware that the wifi didn't work in the room, you'll have to go downstairs at the reception desk to get it. Otherwise everything was alright.

Safe and cheap.

Can't complain too much considering the price. $20 per night for a room. But aside from that, the phone didn't work in my room, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the shower was so dirty, I chose not to use it. Not worth it, even for the price.

Stayed here for a night as I had a flight to catch from Tijuana airport in the morning.
Location is a good, towards the end of Revolucion - only a 10 or 15 minute walk to Zona Norte which seemed to be what most foreign visitors were in Tijuana for.

The room was acceptable considering the cheap price as the door wouldn't close properly unless force was used and the walls were really thin. However the double bed was comfortable and he bathroom was clean with towels, soap and shampoo provided. Would only recommend this place if other better options are unavailable and you just need a place to crash like I did.

Cheap place to crash for a night

If, like this time, I'm crossing the border late and just need to crash, this is a good place based on price and location. At the south end of Revolution Blvd., there are restaurants and an Oxxo just outside. $30 single, $40 double Feb. 2014.

The motel itself is in an OLD structure, with upgrades grafted on top.  Some walls have textured plaster and seem to collect dust, and some rooms have no outer windows. Overall, the rooms and bedding are clean, but the bed covers are well used.  Great TV's in the rooms, no remote, no temp controls, no fridge, no microwv, no coffee. Noisy at night, but, you're in the party district, so deal with it.

Rooms are interior entry with little sliding windows into the hallways...not a secure feeling.  Wouldn't leave valuables inside due to possible characters hanging around. I recommend this place for a stay over going elsewhere, and a chance to get a quick walk down Revolution Blvd.  Get up and move on!
