I was just going for 3 nights to a wedding in this hotel and due to the weather in NY we had to stay an extra 3 days !.I had booked this vacation getaway with an airline but they were no help with it came to extending my hotel stay, they were only concerned on our flights and were left to figure out lodging expenses for ourselves. However Oscar Cabrera - Supervisor of Reception was more than helpful, even from the first day we checked in, he told us to check in the morning and the hotel had a special rate for us for the extended stay at a very reasonable price. We also were never told to move from our original room and the last day we were allowed a very late check out since our flight was late afternoon. The service from the Beach to our rooms was just above and beyond. Staff in all areas of the hotel where supper friendly, helpful and courteous. We do a lot all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and this one definitely made it to the top of the list.
