i stayed at an opposite hotel when in KK. on the 3rd day of our stay in our own hotel, i walked to Crystal Hotel to check out their rooms. The reception was friendly and approachable. Told he/she at the reception to let me take a look at the room. I was assigned to another staff who took me around this property. very nice spacious rooms.
