We stayed 3 nights in a private room. The room is nice and clean and so are all the public rooms. A well organized place a short walk from old town. I do recommend a croissant for breakfast acompanied by some free coffee :) 

Walking distanse to most places in Vilnius! 

Great place and amazing croisant!

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Incredibly warm and friendly staff (and an adorable dog) who all speak perfect English. Fresh croissants made in the morning, free walking tour offered, lovely lounge area to hang out in, clean rooms and showers/toilets, 15 min walk from old town but in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a good nights sleep. 

Superb hostel in Vilnius

I stayed there several times . That means that i really like this place. I can say that its my favorite hostel. The stuff is the best, all of them. Prices are normal , and location also . Croassants amazing !! you should taste ! 

The best hostel in Vilnius 

Forest Hostel is a very hospitally art of staying in wintertime. I was there five days and i enjoyed every day . Clean, comfortable. The personel is nice and they made every day very tastfull croissants during the morning. The coffee is not too strong and it is free. What pitty that guests can check in 24/7. That is making a lof noise when the enter the room where you are sleeling. Very close to the centre of Vilnius. The city is soo nice in wintertime. I made a lot of pictures from the city and now in NL i'm still enjoying . Even i listen to a Lithuania radio station. Greetz Bert

Forest Hostel in wintertime

This hostel was one of the best I stayed at during my central/eastern European trip. The staff were really friendly, beds were comfortable and rooms warm even with -10c outside! Only 5 minutes walk from Uzupis neighbourhood and 15 from Old Town. I stayed in January so it was very quiet and hard to make much use of the garden but I would imagine it's amazing in Summer. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Vilnius. 

Great little hostel. 

We had a private room with a shared bathroom.

Staff were very nice and welcoming - gave us a little tour around the hostel when we checked in. They provide free tea and coffee every morning and croissants at a charge for breakfast.

Room was basic, but clean and tidy, nice and warm, comfy beds. Shared bathrooms definitely needed cleaning more than once a day, considering how many people could potentially be staying in dorms and how many shared toilets there were. Showers were fine - we got towels, which is always a bonus :)

The hostel was not too busy - but during peak seasons, I imagine it gets very busy and therefore noisy - there is a bar area downstairs and outside decking / seating (which weren't used during our stay due to the -9 weather!) which probably gets a little noisy.

Overall, average hostel, helpful staff, great location to old town and beyond.
