Very nice heated rooms. Friendly staff. Great nature around the place. The kids playground is very big and my kids enjoyed it very much. You self park and you carry your own bags, where for me it was a positive thing. Surely I recommend the place

Enjoyed the stay with the family

This is an excellent hotel with a great value for money! Absolutely beautiful lobby with a mix of old and modern mix! The rooms are 5 star even the ones not renovated were spacious, calm and in great conditions. Wood flooring in the renovated ones with marble bathrooms and a touch of class all over. Staff are extremely nice and they go all the way to make sure you get everything you ask for. Hotel owners are a class act, always available in the lobby from morning to late at night; it’s a family business that once you step in the hotel you feel you belong to the family itself. 
Food is great very rich and in big portions, the lobby is divided into many corners that is different in style and colors. 
The best thing was the playground for the kids spacious a huge room about 2000 sqm and extremely safe for kids. The hospitality is optimal you feel at home, classic and nice music all over the lobby and the restaurant area; a big big thank you for the best family who can give a brilliant example of a Lebanese hospitality! Thank you Mr George Ghostine, Michel and the great team for the nicest 3 days we had! Unfortunately we had to leave because the hotel was fully booked on the coming weekend! Too Notch guys! Keep it up!

Very well run hotel and restaurant!

What is special about this hotel is its traditional aspect. I fell in love with it the first time I walked in, and I come back every once in a while. You can opt for a room in the hotel or an apartment in the building nearby which is more suitable for long stays.
Breakfast is included in the fees (80$+ 10% Tax for one person or 100 + 10% Tax for two) and is served from 8 till 10. You can also dine in the restaurant where a variety of platters and mezzas or a plat du  jour is offered. On sundays, a buffet is served at 1 pm. A new playground for kids has recently opened that has been quite the satisfaction for both kids and their parents. 

Some tips would be to ask for rooms with the view on the Boulogne forest. Do take the time to get to know Mr. Ghostine who's taking care of his family business quite well. He certainly is an interesting man.  Last, you can enjoy a nice walk in the woods nearby if you have the time.

Exceptional

a majestic hotel, stepping in to the lobby will take you back to the golden times of the region, however the Rooms need to be renovated by maintenance and furniture..
cozy family hotel; very helpful owners and staff, good quality of homemade food served for breakfast..nice place for families or couples looking for a calm getaway.

Charming atmosphere

This is the third time we visit this hotel which means happy returning customers. 
I recommend to book the rooms not overlooking the road side. The sound of cars is very loud and can last through the night.
The hotel  owner , Mr. Ghastine, and all the staff are very nice.

Summer end family trip

Cozy hotel. Helpful staff. Could make some renovations concerning bathrooms and general aspect of the room .Has a nice playground for kids.Budget hotel for families close to Zaarour ski station in a beautiful area.
