This is a room in a private house with a large garden, located a fair walk from the centre of Ventspils. Breakfast is not included. It is clean and the family are friendly. The wi-fi did work, though speeds were slow. Also not all of the lights were functioning. The cost was very reasonable so all-in-all good value for money.

Good value for money room in Ventspils

Nice place to stay in a nice area, near the sea and parks, though a bit of a walk into town and restaurants. Was a bit expensive for what we got in the end but was fine for what we needed. Not the luxury some of the other reviews led us to believe. Must hire the electric scooters from the Kempings place up the road. Great fun wizzing up and down the cycle tracks especially!

Very Clean and Modern

Absolutely wonderful guest house - modern, stylish, with all you can wish for for nice and calm rest. Rooms and all other facilities are nicely decorated, very clean and well; looked after. Lady of the house - very helpful and nice.
What is very important - beds are high quality, with very ergonomic and comfortable mattresses. 
We loved this place and will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful guest house, we felt like at home

My son, his wife and I traveled to Latvia by car from Estonia.  We had reservations at this guest house.  It was super.  It was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and included a family room with a TV.  There were several bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.  A cozy bistro nearby was recommended to us but we chose to buy grocery items and fix our own breakfast since we had kitchen facilities.
  It was completely fenced with a remote controlled gate.  It had parking inside the gated area.  This was a beautiful neighborhood and we felt safe even if we didn't have a locked gate.    The staff was friendly and very helpful with sightseeing tips.  The price was right and we will definitely stay there again when we are fortunate enough to return. The grounds were also very well kept and pretty to look upon.

High quality, comfortable place to stay.  Great experience

In September of 2013 I was on a Latvia tour with two my friends. We needed a place to sleep in Ventspils. We got a room here for 3 persons. Its located a few blocks from the beach. A beautiful in 2012 completely renovated Villa we found here. The staff is really friendly, helping us getting around in this small town. Everything is new and clean, something we really liked. There is free Wi-Fi working in the room and living room. We highly recommend this.
