We arrived in Aktau late at night and booked on line. The security guards were very helpful, a bit of confusion regarding pricing but it got sorted. We spoke to Alua ,the receptionist at the hostel, in the morning and she called the ferry office at Kuryk and got all the information we needed. So helpful. We then met Galya, PR lady, she was so friendly and helpful , she helped us with many things including getting credit for our phone. Absolutely terrific staff, Thank You very much. We picked Dostar because it was convenient, it turned out to be much more for us . Cheers
