We checked into the Westin after a not so great experience in another hotel in Tokyo - we were tired and really looking for a seamless and quick checkin. Mono at the reception and Kasuya at the entrance /Conceirge did not disappoint and made us feel extra comfortable and at home. They also without nudging offered the upgrade we were entitled too and the suite was fantastic. The view and the service were both great and we had a fantastic time. The only Nit pick is that the DND sign on the room is default. And we forgot to switch off the setting - so on coming back at around 5pm we requested a turn down service; which was not possible as there staff for housekeeping had left. Would have been good to have the room cleaned after but not a big deal - a lot of large hotels are optimising on such areas.
