I have stayed at the Palace Hotel in Tachikawa numerous times, because its location is convenient and the service is excellent. If you want to experience over the top customer service you must stay at the Palace hotel. From the Bell person to check in and housekeeping you are treated like royalty. The location is right on one the limosine bus route to and from Narita airport. So convenient. It minutes away from the Tachikawa train station I would suggest getting the room with a breakfast buffet voucher, the buffet can keep you going all day
