I had a great time at Hotel Land Mark Umeda.
It is the best and cheap Hotel with  a lot of  facilities. Hotel staffs are so good and helpful. I enjoyed their best hospitality that they provide  me.
You can find everything  near by this hotel , like train stations , shopping malls , best cuisine in Umeda  and  a lot of BAR and restaurants  by only 5 min walk 
I prefer this hotel for you to make your trip more enjoyable .

Had a great time 

Close to   JR Osaka station ...only a few minutes walk .  The entrance of the hotel  could have been a bit better ...with an equally very small  reception area .  Rooms are very small  with a even small bathroom ; but if one needs to use the room for a goodnight  sound  sleep ..its worth the money .No breakfast  is served , but there are many nearby good restaurants  and cafe , so it doesnt matter.   
Over all , worth  the money  for a neat , small, comfortable room .

Budget type hotel  with a good location

Went to stay 5 nights at this hotel in Nov 2016 
- Please do not expect a big room, please get a twin bed room if you have 2 person as the double bed is only gd for 1 pax as the room is really small
- Toiletries are given including shampoo/conditioner (sachet form), hair dryer provided
- Toilet are very basic but expect it to be small
- As it is autumn or winter time, there are only heater as AC will not be activated
- You may open the window for some ventilation if you find it too stuffy
- You need to get your own drinking water as it is not provided
- Overall it is a decent hotel with basic amenities but do not expect a spacious room

A very small hotel but is good enough

Like many have said before, the hotel's location is second to none - ideally located nearby the Osaka/ Umeda train stations. Though a small room is to be expected, the beds were very, very comfortable!

Perfect Location @ Affordable Price

If you are arriving late at night and have to take the limousine bus from KIX after midnight, would recommend to stay at this place because it's walking distance from the limo bus stop. But you might want to grab a cab from the limo bus stop because the hotel is located in a side street(one-way street) and wouldn't be able to find it quickly if we didn't get a cab which was worth the Y700. Rooms were Japanese size small but had everything you needed. Just smelled of cigarettes so don't forget to bring your spray. Next door was a Family Mart and very close Yoshinoya and all shopping malls. Worth the price you pay.

City centre location but affordable and surprisingly comfortable. This budget hotel is close to Osaka station, just behind the Yodobashi Camera building. It is a no frills affair and first impressions were that it is maybe too basic, but I was on business and although I had to work from the room on occasion, I found it to be easy to live in. Rooms are big enough for 1 person and luggage and the large single was very comfortable for lounging around on and I slept well in it also. Decoration is virtually non existant and concrete walls surround you in the room and the hallway, but you sleep with your eyes closed, so what's the problem. The vending machine provides hot coffee in a can and was inexpensive and acceptable. There's a shop just round the corner for the breakfast things and a fridge in the room. I have to say the staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Air con and heating were easy to control and I never felt uncomfortable throughout the 2 weeks of fragmented stays  here. The rooms were always well cleaned during the day and I never felt there was anything to be concerned about. Availability was limited which meant I changed hotel often during this trip, however this place never disappointed me. I had a Japanese colleague who dealt with the bookijgs for me but I don't think it would be difficult to arrange. I recommend you always search on the web for any hotel, in japan as the desk rates on arrival can take your breath away. This place also, has twomrates depending on how you want to book. As a business booking, they offered redeemable vouchers for each nights stay. I suggest if you do not want these you check the non business rate, but vouchers are easily exchanged at ticket shops scattered amongst the underground shopping areas below the train station and you may find it still makes sense to simply opt for these. Please note, there is no breakfast option here, but as stated shop is very close for supplies. Plenty of places tomgrab food around here anyway and much cheaper than the more expensive hotels breakfast charges to boot. I would use this place anytime with no concerns.
