Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba

We had such an amazing time during our stay at Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba. The hotel's location is unbeatable—perfectly situated between two of the busiest metro stations, which made exploring Osaka incredibly convenient. The rooms, while slightly dark, were equipped with a fantastic feature: a washing and dryer machine! This was such a thoughtful addition that allowed us to wash our clothes every day, adding so much convenience to our stay. A huge shout-out to S. Tanaka, N. Otaki, and N. Tazaki for their incredible email communications prior to our arrival. They went above and beyond to help us store our suitcases that we had sent ahead to the hotel—such an invaluable service. During our stay, Ms Ho and Mr Kim were equally if not more  amazing and assisted us whenever we needed help—thank you both so much! The bartender deserves special recognition as well for being exceptionally attentive and sweet, especially for taking care of my cousin after I departed. It's thoughtful gestures like these that elevate a stay to something truly memorable. Lastly, we are extremely grateful to the receptionist who checked us out. He thoughtfully reminded us about a package stored in the hotel’s storage. Without his attention to detail, we would have completely forgotten about it! I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but his kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you everyone in the hotel for making our trip to Osaka so memorable. We can't wait to come back!
