Resortbabe

Very responsive hotel which called us repeatedly to warn us that the super heavy rains and floods have resulted in roadblocks which might be difficult for us to access the hotel. After few detours we got to the hotel and was relieved by how pretty this little hidden gem is. They gave us free upgrade to the upper level villas because it was slippery to get to the lower level villas, which is accessed by a conveyor belt. The onsen was the signature gold onsen, the first of this kind I have been too, full of minerals! The hotel’s beds were very clean and comfy, very nice set up. There was even a sauna in the villa. The only downside was the floor was a little bit sticky in the living area. The food was good, I specially like the bread. The croissants were the best I had in Japan. Would love to stay there again.
