The Yamazakis run a very nice ryokan right on Lake Hamana. Our room's veranda overlooked the lake and at night we had a psychadelic view of the lit-up ferris wheel at Pap-Pal Land. Their breakfasts were delicious and Koichi-san, the proprietor, drove us to the bus-stop when we left. Email Mr. Yamazaki at [email protected] or [email protected] to make a reservation. He likes to practice his English.
