The apartments were well designed and in one of the best locations you can find in Furano kitanomine.  The best thing was everyone could go at their own pace and still see each other at mealtimes as it was easy to drop in for lunch.  The kitchen was essential for us as it could be hard to get a booking in the local restaurants at night.  Neil the manager was amazingly helpful especially in driving us to the supermarket etc.  would definitely stay again.

Great for families 

This apartment was perfect! 

My friends and I flew up to Hokkaido from Osaka. 
We immediately drove up to Furano and met the manager outside the building. He was friendly, useful and sensible. 

The apartment was clean and tidy. The single beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was accessible and very clean.
 
I'm not particularly interested in cooking but my friends were and I was able to watch them cook several times. There were plenty of kitchen appliances and useful cooking equipment.

The views from the apartment were lovely. Amazing to see, in the far distance, the remarkable view of a smoking volcano.

I'll be back!

Furano, You won my heart!

We spent three nights here and revelled in the convenience to the ski fields, the fresh air and the sense of space in both the apartment and the outside surroundings. We enjoyed sightseeing. We enjoyed the coffee and bakery in the town and the views afforded at the Rokugo Viewing Platform. Nearby we found a little noodle shop which featured bar stool bench top eating and the traditional low table and sit on cushions beside it dining.
 This apartment is well designed, spacious and well appointed. We appreciated the ability to cook our own meals and used the dishwasher. Fresh Powder Apartments are good for walking out of season, viewing flower farms in season and skiing. We could see the chair lift and gondola but the snow fell the night after we left.
 Furano is such a friendly  place to visit. The manager, Neil, was so helpful and ferried us to the supermarket and car hire office.  The bus terminal for the airport is across the road from the apartments. So convenient.
 It is the first time I have ever seen three people on the tarmac waving goodbye to passengers as their plane pushed off.  I can highly recommend these apartments for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

So peaceful and spacious after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka

Gabriel and Neil made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Nothing! We had a sick baby upon arrival, and Neil drove us to the hospital which gave us one less thing to worry about during a stressful time. Both managers assisted us with bookings and groceries. The accommodation itself is perfect - enough space, laundry, well appointed kitchen (with dishwasher), and location is top notch. The only thing that could be improved is a self latching hinge on the drying room door, as we came back one day to an open door which puts the gear at risk. That said, the location is incredibly safe and so the risk would be extremely low. Apart from that, every aspect of this accommodation is perfect and sooooo easy for a family with children. 

The bedding is incredibly comfortable as well. My mother, who is in her 70s, commented also on the bedding.

Excellent accommodation for families

Just across the road from where you buy lift passes. Great views. Very comfortable accommodation with a kitchen that allowed us to cook a few of our own meals. Friendly manager (owner?) drove us into town a couple of times so we could buy groceries. Short walk to various places to eat,

Fantastic location

Spent 7 glorious nights in the 3 bed ski view apartment. Was such a bonus to be back in Japan but even better spending it at Fresh Powder Apartments. The view from the apartment is amazing and makes checking the fresh snow very easy! The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed as a a group of two families. The fire place is such a luxury for Japanese accomodation as well. Very easy access to the slopes and a great drying room for all the ski equipment. Neil and Gabriel were very helpful throughout the duration of our stay, which made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend Fresh Powder. We can’t wait to be returning next season. 

Awesome ski trip

Recently spend 2 weeks at this property and highly recommend it.  The location couldn't be better - across street from the lifts.  The units are quiet, clean and well outfitted to make it feel like home, equipped with washer and dryer and ultra comfortable beds. 
In addition there is a drying room to leave all your gear ready for the next day dry and warm.  
The manager Neil and his staff go above and beyond to make the stay perfect.   We look forward to going back again.

Excellent!

Very clean and nice.  Very comfortable with everything you need plus PS4 with games! Small stove , fridge and furnished kitchen.  Wonderful manager!  Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Furano!

Excellent rental apartment!

We've just stayed at Fresh Powder for the second year in a row (2 bedroom apartment), and the service this year was even better than last year (which was excellent). Neil continues to be excellent, and Gareth is a standout addtion to the Fresh Powder team - so friendly and helpful, and really contributed to our stay. I hesitate to say how much we enjoyed staying in this apartment, because it will just encourage others to book it (and so maybe make it harder for us to get in again), but the oustanding service we had deserves recognition.

Outstanding location and service

The 5 bedroom chalet was a nice surprise for our family. Two years ago one side of the family thought it was magic and this time the other half of the family had the same reaction. 
Neil and Gareth from Fresh Powder had the chalet looking spotless. 
The beds were spot-on, the kitchen clean and ready to go and the bathrooms smick.
The youngsters enjoyed having their own private rumpus room on the 3rd level and again it was the 3 level, 5 bedroom split-up that worked so well for 7 people.
Gareth and Neil were especially helpful with our shopping ventures into Furano town and for that alone we were most thankful.
