Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 23.00 costs EUR 35. From 23:00 until 00:30 a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:30.
