14 reviewsThe location is really good, because it's just three minutes walk from the tram that takes you to Venice. There is also a big store really close, where you can buy food and other things. The owners were really nice, they answered all our questions and we were surprised by breakfast. We expected just some coffee and a store bought croissant, but we got bread, butter, honey, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, coffee and cocoa for the kids. The room was nothing special, but we didn't expect a five star hotel. It was clean and that is the most important (it was also quite big, which is also great, because there were four of us staying there).

Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
