Lovely and efficient apartment.
Awesome roof top terrace with a breathtaking view of the city.
The managers were very kind, helpful, efficient and extremely organized.
I definitely recommend this location for your stay in Taormina.

Lovely and practical apartment.

I was here with my fiancé and two friends of mine few days ago. I am pretty sure that this accommodation is my worse experience ever in my many travels.

In the beginning, it is very difficult to find the property because the road is closed to the cars. Moreover to collect the key we had to find it in a safe box outside and near the building. We arrived at 6pm and I think that would had been kind if we would had been received by the owners. (A girl met us in the evening and she was stunned too because of the situation in the apartment).

The apartment door is just a room door and honestly it is not pretty safe. The first look I had at the apartment is that it is not for four persons but for two. The sofa bed was terrible: it is clearly broken and if you want to sleep on it you have to "install" hand made supports. The sofa bed cloth was terrific and very old. I think that an allergic person could have problems for it. The sheet has some holes even are clean.
The shelf in the kitchen is percolating and dangerous: could fall at every moment.

In the end we had to find another accomodation for our vacation. I really dunno how this apartment could be sold.

Worse experience ever

The apartment was very nice and so was francesca, however  it was my first time to taormina  and it was VERY difficult to find the apartment. It is important to note the there are approx. 50 steps to get to Corso umberto,  the main street so be prepared to bring your luggage up these steps. Also if you have a car there is no parking at the apartment .if you want to drop off your luggage you have to back down a steep hill and park at Porto catania  and pay. 

Be prepared  to walk many steps 

Next to the main street. Clean, and with the basics For a big family. Difficult to get your luggage to the front door with the car, so travel light.  And not suitable For people with mobility issues. The terrace is wonderful, so take some wine and enjoy it by night. 

Everything was very good

The location was fantastic! Apartment was very clean.  It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes.  Walls were thin but I would stay there again.  Francesca was extremely helpful and lovely.  Taormina is a place to visit.

Great location & View from Terrace

This is my third trip to Taormina but my first staying in an apartment and I would definitely book again.  The location was excellent being only a few minutes walk to the main Corso Umberto but far enough away for it to be peaceful.  I stayed her for two nights with friends celebrating a birthday, we had room two which consisted of 1 bedroom and a sofa bed.  This was more than comfortable for this length of stay as you will spend very little time in the apartment, it is air conditioned, clean and everything is readily available such as irons, towels and basic amenities.  We had a lovely view from our terrace of the ocean and in the bedroom you could see mount Etna, but you need to get up on the spacious roof terrace, plenty of seating and great views, a nice way to start the night with a glass of wine or a beer.  The team were excellent and this is a real plus point!  Correspondence from start to finish was prompt, informative and helpful and they were there on our arrival and could not do enough for us in regards to ensuring we had everything we needed.  The only downside is the shower was a little temperamental, hot then cold, then no water but to be fair we managed and it was OK.  If you struggle with stairs you may not like this as there are a few steps as it is two streets above the umberto but the town is like this as a whole, its actually what makes it charming and beautiful, winding cobbled stairs and streets.  I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would return again.
