Best accomodation. Really saved us in the historic heatwave, coming home to the contour suites was a life saver with the amazing aircon. Great location, perfect for someone who doesn’t like walking too many stairs with the great transport options just down the hill. Spacious and a lovely view. Would definitely be coming back or recommend for my friends and family.

Amazing hotel and position. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Our apartment had everything you need. Quick walk to marina grande. The view is incredible. 
Hostess was so helpful and very attentive, always giving advice and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Hotel!!!

Perfect apartment for our 5 nights in Sorrento. Great location in between the marina grande and the town centre. Great facilities, lots of space and an amazing view!! We loved our stay here and Serena was so kind and helpful, I would definitely reccomend.

Perfect Apartment

Stayed at Coltur Suites for 10 days. Great location close to beach and main square. Serena couldn't have been more helpful. Also the cleaner from Africa (sorry didn't get his name) but again, so nice and so helpful. Apartment was very clean. Used the pool at sister hotel, Central Hotel, which was very good and well worth the walk!

Great location & Staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Coltur Suites for 9 nights in October. The location at Marina Grande is perfect, about a 10 minute walk from the centre. However there are great restaurants and a couple of cafes in the Marina, so you don't even need to go into the centre. The apartment was comfortable  - handy on days when we had bad weather (October). It was well equipped for self catering. If you are serious about your cooking you might need to enquire if particular utensils are there, such as a veg peeler and a scissors. Also, you might be interested to know that they provide a kettle and a moka coffee pot.
For groceries  there's a small shop in the Marina Grande, or you could easily walk over to Carrefour. 
The staff in the office  Antonietta and Serena, are so attentive! I had plenty of questions for them before we arrived and they always replied graciously and promptly. When we had a few small issues, they sent Hamza around immediately to help. They ordered our transfer to and from the airport, and everything went smoothly and on time.
We could use the pool and sun deck of Hotel Central, and the staff there were very pleasant and accommodating.
I wanted to speak Italian and everyone was patient and kind with me!
Every morning we had the wonderful view of the marina and across the bay to Naples. At night the lights around the bay were beautiful. Our apartment,  300, had a terrace, with deck chairs, table and chairs and a clothes horse. We preferred that to the French balconies we saw on the front of the building. 
There are two bathrooms. When you open the window in the walk-in shower... it's a wow! Go and see for yourself!!
If we had access to a washing machine we could have cut down on our luggage. But I knew that in advance, because Antonietta was so responsive to all my queries. Grazie mille Antonietta.

Perfect location with excellent communication.

Great value for money. Fantastic views from balcony. Could be slightly better equipped in the kitchen area for those wanting to cook and not always go out to the restaurants nearby around the harbour. Close to the centre of Sorrento. Walk is a little up and down and wheelchair friendly.  But will be going back soon I hope.

It’s all about location... great views of Marina Grande.. 2 minutes you in the marina with great little restaurants, cafe , boats, locals... a bit difficult to get to after being dropped off and then follow a pathway with your luggage but worth it. 2 bedroom apt was small but clean, modest and had what we needed. enjoyed our stay.

Location location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coltur Suites. The view day and night of Grande Marina was fabulous. The apartment is spacious compared to many we have stayed in Europe.  A nicely equipped kitchen, two comfortable sofas which I believe can fold out for sleeping. Large, comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe space.  Two bathrooms, one with a tub, shower combo and one with a stand-up shower that was big enough for a tall person to shower comfortably.  -and plenty of hot water!

Coltur Suites staff helped us secure a driver from the airport who stopped us at Hotel Central where we retrieved our room key and stopped at the office to pay our city tax.  He then took us the rest of the way to the suite. Taxi drops you off about 50 yards from the apartments as the road becomes too narrow.  At that point you have a few stairs to navigate, but they are not steep. The apartment does have a small lift to carry your luggage up and down. 
We are retirement age, but had no difficulty walking from the suites to the Grande Marina for food and groceries, also short distance to the Piazza Tasso and all the eating, shopping and fun sights in the center.  
We also walked down to the boat and Ferry terminal almost every day, not a problem.  There is an elevator service that costs just 1 euro per person if you would rather ride up or down to the harbor area.
The staff at Coltur Suites could not be more helpful!  Our return trip had complications at the end, and Martina, Francesca and the ENTIRE staff helped me arrange everything without one interruption to our excursions or outings.  It was such a pleasure knowing I could run off to Capri and arrangements were being taken care of!
Grazie Mille Coltur Suites, we can’t wait to return to beautiful Sorrento!

Comfort, walkabilty and a fabulous view!

We booked this on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed.  They told us to book a room with a balcony which we did (apt 400), the view day and night of Grande Marina was just wonderful.  The apartment is compact but has everything you need, well-equiped kitchen, comfy sofa which I think can be a bed.  Comfy bed with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers etc, shower room also compact but with everything you need with a good shower and plenty of hot water.  We used the taxi service offered which worked well and just stopped off at Central Hotel to collect keys and pay city tax.  Taxi drops you off about 50 meters from the apartments as the road it too narrow for them to go any further, a few steps to navigate but not too much trouble.  The apartments do have a small lift ideal to put your bags in!  There is a fabulous little supermarket on Marina Grande that we didn't find for a few days but would recommend for the basics, with a lovely deli counter and great sandwiches made to order.  This is just a lovely spot and hopefully, we will be back for another holiday.

Relaxing week in the sun

Stayed in Coltur Suites for 4 nights in apartment 800.
2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Got our taxi from Airport to stop off at Central Hotel to collect key enroute. No clear instructions for best place for taxi to drop you off to get to apartments as Google Maps takes you to the marina grande, and from there, it's a hike up around 7 levels of stairs to get to Coltur suites. Better to get a taxi to drop you off at Hotel Regina Sorrento, or the language school near there (if taxi will drive down narrow lanes) and walk downhill to the Coltur Suites than walking up to them from Marina Grande (especially with suitcases)

Great apartment, with lovely view over the marina. Kitchen area was well enough stocked utensil wise.
TV satellite had poor selection of English Speaking channels. 1 set of towels per person, but they are not changed at all during our 4 night stay. (We also stayed in a similar cost apartment in Rome for 4 nights and they changed towels every day). And there was no washing machine to wash towels, so would have liked towels changed. Also not enough loo roll left for 4 night stay for 5 people.

The apartment was lovely and clean, but some of the kitchen items needed washed prior to use (frying pan still had grease residue).

10 mins walk to centre area of Sorrento with lots of pretty shops and restaurants. 

If visiting Sorrento again, I would stay here.
