This apartment is very well equiped: small fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooking area. This apartment is also available for people in wheelchair. It has 2 big showers and 2 big bedrooms. Plenty of space for 1 family :-) The landlord, Giulia, is a very friendly lady. She only speaks English but is very helpful. Francesca occupies the reception and speaks English. Also very helpful lady, eager to tip you some good adresses for dining and culture in the region. They also provide us a bed for our baby. Free of charge. On the property there's a cleaning area with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your clothes. Be aware, you can only use them by paying with coins. Not free. The swimming pool area is very big, with lots of seats and shade places underneath the tall trees. Lovely area to relax. Also the pool itself is very suitable for toddlers. Keep in mind that you're obliged to wear a swimcap which you can obtain at the reception. The place is well situated in the region, all beautiful places of the riviera del Conero are at 30 minutes driving distance. Tip: go watch the fireflies at night at the parking lot ;-)
