Casa Burani

We reached Casa Burani via the internet, in search of accommodation in the Emilia Romagna area, with accommodation in a pastoral villa with a cooking course. The place is located on a pastoral hill surrounded by vineyards and a green Italian landscape. The well-decorated villa features big cozy rooms.. Stefano, the owner, a man with a passion and love for people, good food and special design, hosted us warmly, cared for maximum comfort in the well-decorated rooms. Stefano excels in cooking and culinary, made excellent breakfast as well as the cooking class we started just after breakfast.. The class we took was a cooking class in a traditional ancient wood fired oven. During the class we baked some special kinds of pastries, including a real authentic Italian pizza. Stefano taught us with great professionalism the secrets of the local dough and pastries, using the most professional ingredients. Can't wait to visit Casa Burani again in our next trip to Italy! Highly recommended!
