Just checked out when writing this, the staff was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out was very easy and quick!

The room is as in the picture, even better, and huge ! Not really a new hotel but well, built in 2009 and well maintained for sure. Everything works perfectly and the internet was fast and very easy to connect

But the highlight of my stay was actually the breakfast which included in the room, it was AMAZING, lots if varieties and the freshness and taste was more than i could imagine, and coffee was spot on

This hotel was not my first pick at first but chose this hotel finally because of need of a free parking spot, which this hotel has. But surely this hotel will be my first option for my next visit!

Best breakfast, wonderful staff!

I stayed there during a business trip but the hotel is widely used for tourists groups. Room is spacious, furnitures are not new but in pretty good conditions. You could hear the sound of other rooms, so i would recommend to bring earplugs. Amenities are very poor, hairdryer is old and poor, cheap soap in the bathroom, no ironing, no kettle. Nevertheless it was enough for a short stay.
Big parking available, unfortunately public transport is not convenient and is far from the city center.

Good for business trips or groups

Be warned that if you go here as part of a group you will be treated as second class citizens. The breakfast room for a group is dreary, and serves canned fruit cocktail, mass produced pastries, bad coffee machine coffee and not much else. Our group also had several dinners at the hotel. The meals were adequate, with powdered mashed potatoes, turkey, canned vegetables as a typical dinner. Your group would be better served by eating at any other place in town, including just getting a lot of pizzas.
The rooms were nice, clean, and large, The air conditioning was an issue, as it is controlled by the front desk who doesn't want you to use it. 
It is a secure location, and good for a bus tour.

The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed it.

The hotel itself is in an enclosed area so the parking is very secure but are also offered underground further secure parking.

This hotel was just as advertised, lovely spacious rooms and tasty breakfast. The location is about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Florence and the pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel with ample parking and clean, comfortable and stylish rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel close to Florence

I stayed here for one night before returning home after a two-week trip to Italy. The proximity to the airport was fantastic, a less than 10 minute drive. The hotel did a wonderful job of arranging a taxi for my very early morning departure (4:30 am).The room was small, but clean. I was surprised that there were no outlets near the bed and was very thankful I'd packed an extension cord. It was the first time I used it on the trip. I was unable to get the air conditioning below 78 degrees in the room, so it was quite warm. The neighborhood was very flat and walkable, however there isn't a lot to see or do nearby.

This property was clean and convenient to Florence Airport. Felt safe at all times. Wonderful front desk staff

I liked that there are many parking and big area around the hotel belong to the hotel , i didn’t like there is no ironing in the room , only down stairs near reception there is a room for iron steamer , i don’t like to pay for using the swimming pool outside , i didn’t like every time you wanted a thing like slipper or toothpaste you need to go down and take it from reception .

Choose another hotel.  

When we first arrived I had high hopes. The hotel looked nice and the rooms were clean

Then it quickly went down hill.  At night it felt like a furnace in the room, causing a horrible night sleep. I asked others in my group and they experienced the same thing.  What we found  out is that the front desk ( who are not very friendly) control each rooms temperature.  The next night I talked to them and they begrudgingly said they would lower it.   I additionally had to call and complain because the temperature did not change.

The room does not have a lot of outlets and only on 1 side of the bed

If you came with a tour, you do not eat breakfast on the main floor, you need to go to floor -1.    It is a very dreary room with a very dreary breakfast. The food was not good.   No fresh fruit, warm milk.  Nothing appealing 

If it was located in City center MAYBE you would tolerate this,  but you are not.  You need to spend additional money on a taxi.

Overall, I absolutely would not recommend.  

This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion

Not Good

Poor customer service at the front desk, both men had an attitude when asking questions. One made a joke that I was lying about being unable to enter the pool area, but he had someone walk me over and the pool door was in fact LOCKED. Overall it’s a mediocre hotel with poor service. Save your money.
