Please inform Villa Anna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity is not included and comes at an extra charge of EUR 0.35 per kWh. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours: of EUR 35 from 20:00 to 22:00; of EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00, of EUR 35 arriving on Sundays. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 15 per person/per stay.
