Gorgeous building renovated to a high standard. I couldn't fault the staff, so helpful and friendly. Great location, everything you could need on your doorstep. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again! 

Lovely stay!

Great room with a good shower and comfy bed. Everything was very clean. Ear plugs were supplied for the nightlife noise. And the espresso machine was a much appreciated addition to it all. Only wish there were irons in the rooms, but otherwise a great stay. Great location, everything within walking distance, and right next to the bus stop (16) if traveling from the airport. 

An enjoyable stay

It's a really great place to stay for one night  as it's handy for location. One tip for  breakfast maybe supply scones and muffins. Extension lead for the coffee maker and kettle  as you have to place it on the floor  in order to use it.

Convenient

Absolutely loved our time at the Grafton. Incredible central location, can walk to everything. Impeccably clean, updated but with historic touches in tact. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 

Perfect Dublin Location

Great room. All good all round. room is comfortable, staff are excellent, my experience of Grafton Guesthouse is excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in the city centre. Very central.

The guesthouse has it all - we had a comfortable and very clean room, a perfect location (the bus from the airport dropped us off right there), friendly/kind staff, nice breakfast in a charming room. Plus there's a 24-hr gym right across the street and a laundry that's a one- minute walk. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We made an excellent choice!

The hotel is very well situated, walking distance from Penny Bridge, (5mn), Trinity College, 10 mn, Air Coach to/from the airport, 7 mn. Our superior double room was very cosy and everyday was cleaned, including new towels. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, like a little buffet.
But I asked for a room as quiet as possible, and we had one giving to the main road. Nobody wrote to me in advance to explain that no quiet room was left, and that there were works on that road during the night. We arrived on Wednesday 25th at 20.00 p.m.and machines were working, until 8.00 a.m.
We hardly slept a pair of hours. It was a nightmare. It happened the first day. The following 3 nights we only suffered the noise from cars, people and so on. 

Cosy, clean, very well situated and noisy place to sleep.

Loved the decor and furniture in the loft room. The spacious ensuite is spotless and the chaise longue adds to the character. There's a Nespresso machine and kettle and a smart TV which you can log into your own accounts if you wish. Continental breakfast is a simple offering of cereals, fruits, toast, cheese and sliced meat with coffee, tea and juice. You couldn't ask for a better location.

This is a wonderful, clean room in downtown Dublin with a fantastic breakfast. Perfect place to stay in the city with great people who work here. It is clean and with a friendly atmosphere that made the trip perfect.

Grafton Guest house in Dublin

No frills, clean, reasonably priced lodging, great location in city center, helpful and kind staff, nice continental breakfast in bright room. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood. Easy walking distance to many attractions.  Stairs to rooms, no elevator.
