We stayed at the Ellison Castlebar as part of a Caledonian Travel coach party. Our bedroom was very spacious with both double and single bed, room safe, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board plus lots of storage. Food was very good and well presented with a great choice in the evenings and breakfast was buffet style with both cooked and continental options. No complaints from our coach party. We had entertainment of two evenings with a couple of musicians who were very good and had us all joining in the singing. Both myself and my husband joined the musicians and gave a few songs. Very entertaining on both evenings. The staff at the Ellison are wonderful and can't do enough to make your stay comfortable. They're a hugh asset to the hotel. I would definitely return to the Ellison.
