I stayed here during the Borobudur Marathon 2016. It's quite easy access from Terminal Borobudur, only 1 km away by walk or taxi motor (ojek). The room itself is standard, not spacious. However, how can you expect a bath-tub in the bathroom? Yeah, it's there and you can relax like staying in a 5* hotel. I can recommend this guest house if you plan a Borobudur trip, which is 5 minutes away. 

What a wonderful stay near Borobudur

We planned to visit Borobudur in the morning, so we stayed at this guest house which is only 10 minutes walking from Borobudur. The place is simple yet nice. They provide simple b'fast. They even have bathtub. The staf was very friendly (he lend us his motorbike when we need to find nearby restaurant in the evening when we just arrived)

Nice budget hotel near Borobudur..

I stay for an overnight on this hotel for my sunrise tour on Borobudor Temple. It is located right beside the compound of the temple and you can just walk if you want to explore the area. They offer sunrise tour service which they can send you to the entrance of the temple. You can also rent a bike on them if you want to go further exploring the area. They serve a nice food and the staff here are very accommodating and helpful. The room is clean, the beddings are ok, and it is reasonable fro the price you pay. Free wifi is also available.

Budget with Comfort

We've stayed at this accomodation for one (short) night to visit the borobodur. For this purpose it is fine, don't expect to much of it. The room is very small, basicaly it's just a bed with a couple of inches around it. The bathroom is old, and the showertemperature is hard to get right. Staff was very friendly and arranged our sunrise tour via the hotel nearby. At 4am we were woken up by the staff to go to the borobodur. He brought us to the startingpoint by motorbike. The way back we had to walk but it wasn't that far. If you plan to visit this accomodation make sure to bring earplugs since there's a hen making noise all night long and the nearby mosque is very active.

Nice stayover for one night

We stayed only one night here and the location is great for visiting Borobudur temple, about a 10min walk to the entrance. The staff are friendly and will help where they can although English was pretty limited. The included breakfast was basic but fine (either rice of noodles with an egg) and they gave us coffee when we arrived. Internet worked fine.

The room we had was a bit small and had a damp'ish smell/feel to it but given the price and the location these are not major issues. We originally planned to stay for 2nights but aside from visiting Borobudur and the Chicken Church there is little else to see/do so we shortened and left after 1night having visited the two in the morning before check-out
