Villa Simha Bali

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights in Villa Simha. The villa is located directly on the beach and has stunning sunset views. The garden is mature and is beautifully landscaped. The infinity pool is simply stunning. There is absolutely no need to leave the villa during your stay. The villa manager, doubling as cook, Made is an absolute gem. She went out of her way to accommodate us and her Indonesian dishes are the best we had while in Bali. Breakfast is sumptuous, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, served at our desired time. The villa itself is lovely, clean and very spacious. It has 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a somewhat smaller bedroom. There are two outside living areas with comfortable seating. We choose the upper bedroom (very comfortable bed) for extra privacy, the outdoor bathroom area, and loved sipping our tea on the balcony every morning. The villa also has a beautiful spa area and the massage therapist who came to the villa every day was lovely and very capable. The only thing that keeps us from giving Villa Simha an "excellent" rating is that the villa does somewhat suffer from wear and tear. Very understandable given the fact that, except for the bedrooms, all areas are in constant exposure to the open air and sea. We would however advise them to change some cabinet and wardrobe doors and possibly upgrade the bathroom fittings. That said, we will return to Villa Simha without a doubt and can definitely recommend the Villa to anyone looking for space, privacy and an ultimate Bali experience.
