We have had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The rooms were bright and spacious with a large surround balcony where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts on a daily basis. The rooms were cleaned daily and beds made for us!! Excellent hosts and we would highly recommend. They also owned more rooms nearby which had a pool and they allowed us to use this. Thank you for our enjoyable stay!

Wonderful hosts and beautiful accommodation

My room was huge with a beautiful balcony that I sat on at night and in the morning while enjoying my coffee. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well and hot water in the shower. I loved all of the traditional Balinese decor and features and felt like I was stepping off the street into a private space of calm and tranquility. Walking through the family compounds to my room each day gave me the opportunity to say hello to the people living on the property and view a bit of their lives.

The location is fabulous. Close to cafes, restaurants and touristic sites. Just a minute walk from the main road. There is a well known coffee shop across the street and three highly rated Ubud restaurants just meters away. Within a 25 minute walk I could get anywhere I wanted in Ubud including Monkey Forest.

The sisters who run the home-stay are lovely and when I did see them, they asked me about me day and if I was enjoying myself.

I stayed here at the property for two weeks and definitely would consider coming again.

The wifi is a bit weak at times. The roosters get you up early and a few nights a week the music from the theater show behind the complex keeps you entertained.

First Home Stay a Great Success at Loris

What a surprise this place was! Stayed here in early July, and was blown away by the facilities. The homestay is located down a walkway which houses a couple of other accommodations; the owner greeted me at the front entrance and showed me to my double room. There was a fountain outside with lots of goldfish, a patio where they served me a decent breakfast, and an amazing bathroom; aircon and wifi were good too. Location is great, right in Ubud centre, walking distance to the markets and temples.
It says 24hr front desk, but you can't always find the person manning it. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!

Very recommendable homestay! The family that owns the place is always there with a smile and always very friendly and polite. The location is just perfect, right on the hart of Ubud town, and you can walk everywhere from there. Breakfast is included and delicious, and they bring it to your room :)

The rooms and toilet are spacious, clean and have everything you need.  The place has the charm of a Bali house. It is a great choice to stay in Ubud 😉

Great place to stay in Ubud!!!

I was 2 nights in this stay. Very close to downtown, you don't need take taxi, only have a walk.
Everything perfect... all very very clean, staff lovely, Balinese stile with the temple, breakfast healthy and delicious, pool, etc...

Hardly recommend

This place is very central.  Close to the main street. 
Run by a family.  They also have their own tour agency.
This place is a little more expensive but a very good accommodation. 
The room is spacious and clean.  Very well lit with windows all around. The back garden is beautiful. 
Ac works well. The toilets and shower functions well. The only thing they can improve on is they could have some racks to hang clothes and towels in the toilet. 
Breakfast has an array of fruits.  Breakfast is egg or banana Pancakes.
The owners are very helpful.

Great homestay

Well if you are a traveller with minimum expectations. Its the right place. Its neat and clean. The selling point is its location and extremely helpful hosts. Would suggest ask for upper floor room where you will probably have more privacy.

Well located and thats it!!

The room was very big and we had space for our everything. The bed was comfortable. We had wardrobes and air condition in the room and also a table. infont of our door we have greens and statues and a fountain. also a big table for breakfast. they have several options for breakfast like scrumbled egg, banana pancake and few more. I had banana pancake which served by estra plate fruits and they had a nice coffee. Location is very in the center, you can walk ubud market, temples and Gootama street. We bought a tour from their own driver and it we really enjoyed. 

On the other hand for our opinion they are overrated. From the pictures in here i thought the area was a clean and nice looking place. But the entrance and way to my room was a mess! everywhere was full of foods, clothes and some garbages which is far away from good looking. there was no toiletries. it was not a really quiet room. the fountain in front of our room always working and sound disturbs at night. there is a temple behind and sometimes they make some music at nights. our shower runs very thin water. it was hardly to find the responsible women in there. first day we talked them but other days they were somewhere else mostly, just a young guy with a little English.
