287 reviewsThe staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Providing us with excellent service during our stay, especially Ekka who was so polite and kind. The gardens were very beautiful with many tropical plants, statues and bonsai. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The massage was professional and relaxing. When I return to Bali I will stay here again. Any problems we did encounter were quickly solved by the helpful staff. For example, when the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the rooms we had booked they changed rooms for us straight away.
