1759 reviewsWe had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Bali last weekend. From the moment we drove up the long perfectly manicured grounds we were in heaven. This place is truly outstanding. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. This is a traditional Balinese hotel which has so much character. Some of the other reviews I’ve read said it was “outdated” but I think they just don’t get it. Staff are so helpful and friendly- we felt like a king and queen. It is a place to go to if you want to truly relax. There were no children in the resort and much of the clientele were middle aged and older, which we didn’t mind at all as we were there for our anniversary. We booked massages at the spa which were divine. If you book before 2 pm you get an extra body scrub or head massage. We also worked out at the gym which had a cycle, cross trainer and 3 treadmills and free weights. The food is outstanding. My favourite was eating breakfast overlooking Seminyak Beach..the resort is right on the beach and in walking distance to all the trendy shops and restaurant in Seminyak. This is a perfect hotel for couples who want to relax and be pampered. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait.
