We stayed for 2 nights to visit the papandayan and kumpung naga. The stuff is very kind and helpful. We asked for transportation to kumpung naga and papandayan and jadi organized 2 people from the hotel stuff to bring us with motorbikes. Very kind. The standards room is good and clean. Also the breakfast is very good. For this price you cant find a better place to stay in garut. Especially for backpackers ;)

I stayed for 1 night in this hotel. I was upgraded to the executive room as I was informed that the hotel was full. It was large and clean and the bathroom was also large and clean. I was happy with my stay because the room is clean and bed was comfortable so I had a really good rest. I ordered room service for dinner and the fried rice was quite tasty and cheap. Breakfast was very simple. I don't mind staying here again as I was quite happy with the room and the services. The location is also good as it is situated in the town itself and next to the university.

First tier hotel in Garut are unreasonably very high (mostly with small lake with good landscape)... while cheaper hotels are "not clean & safe" if you stay with your kids as they mostly welcome for short timer... This hotel is in between... the price at second tier, but "clean & safe" for family...

we stay in superior room, and happy with our stay... the room is clean, and have big window with terrace in our room (with a set of table+chair), very relaxing eventhou with no landscape view like first tier hotels...

breakfast is delicioua with various menu...

before we choose this hotel, we look around other hotels, and this is most recommended if you disagree with the price of first tier hotels (like me).. definitely will stay this hotel again when in garut

Real kind and clean

I got 1 night to stay in Garut. 
First :The location is not really hard to find but it's difficult to search for local food
Second : The room is below average, quite spacious and not really that clean but it okay i guess. The bathroom is not really good, take a shower with hot water is take times.
Third : The breakfast is not really tasty, just some traditional food like nasi goreng, fried chicken
Fourth : The Staff is helpfull

The location is easy to find.
I got a room on the second floor. It is spacious with good AC. I got insect bite from ants found in the bed. There were ants in the desk, too.
The hot shower is good but water pressure is pretty weak. The bathroom's cleanliness is just average.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
I like the old photos hung on the wall of the second floor that give some information about the history of Garut.

Good location

Dirty towels ,airco not working,sheets smelling bad, they came to examine 5 min and after that we saw nobody anymore and the  problems were nog fixed ,very hot in the room ,also  many insects ,in the room and also around  the foodcorner downstairs. I think we were the only guests at that moment because we saw nobody else ,and the price was expensive  41,58 euro for 1 night.
