It was a one day stay here in a triple sharing room on 1st floor,with an open terrace.Swimming pool adds  luxury to your stay with live mocktails and cocktails,along with hookah.5star is too less to rate the food.Its delicious and fresh.Staff is always at your service whenever required.Aditya and Shomik at reception are very cooperative.The hotel has direct Beach access and it's a well maintained property.I will definitely stay again.

We was in Mandermoni in the month of January with all family member to enjoy the beach and enjoy our weekend. We had a great time with good food, good service, the room was really spacious and very much comfortable for family. Hope we will visit again

Good rooms,good food,lovely ambience and courteous staffs and a well maintained swimming pool.Right on the beach.Well maintained garden and manicured greenery.Provisions for entertainment in form of Table tennis,volley ball and snooker also available.A good experience.

I have some work in Office and I stayed in this hotel. It is near sea beach it is very good hotel at nominal cost. The rooms are amazing and the staff there are very helpful. The quality of the food pleased me it was quite good. Overall it's a very good hotel in Mandarmani.

Best place to stay in mandarmani. Well connected to beach u can say they have separate beach as well. Rooms are big & Clean. Service staffs are so friendly & good in nature. You must stay here to experience service quality

Already been there twice now and had a lot of fun in there with great food. Recived first class service with an appealing location alongside the beach. Superb staff with an even great resort..... which is worth every penny!!!

Best thing about this resort is food i just loved it. If you want a specifics you doesn't need you can order anything you want it's taste good and the person who control the pool knows his work and he does it with ease.....

Excellent service... Very co-operative staff... Great view of the beach from the room.. the resort has a big lawn for kids to play with rids for them...all the facilities are jsut a phone call away... Will recommend this place to everyone visiting mandarmani.

My experience with Victoria Beach Resort is very good. Clean, spacious rooms with all the modern amenities with decent interior.Good sleep quality, ac works well.
 Multi-cuisine restaurant with good food quality. Staffs are polite and helpful.
Having pool and parking place. 

Cons: Lousy music plays on poolside which could be little annoying to some one.

Victoria Beach Resort, Mandarmoni

Spent a weekend holiday in Victoria during the Durga Puja from 4th-6th Oct 2022. The experience was good overall but seems the crowd rush tested the overall hospitality and maintenance to its limit as the speed of service got compromised a bit. Though the food quality was great but they offered only limited options. 


Weekend Trip to Victoria Mandarmani 

Our group of 8, checked in on a Thursday ahfternoon & left after Saturday b/fast. Loved the huge spacious rooms,  well maintained toilets, the linen were clean, room service was prompt,  food was excellent, lush green lawn, great looking pool,  the rooms 208-9, 212,214 had a great sea view from the room itself. Apu @ the Restaurant & Aditya @ the reception  were extremely courteous. 

Only drawback was the data connectivity challenges.

Quick tip - target mid week; weekends are jam packed! I went there for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms very extremely large and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. Interestingly the bathroom had a ceiling fan! The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The shack outside made a great crab curry.

Key call out - great staff, good location if you are looking to avoid all crowds

Not 5 stars because - 
1. the room and furniture was a bit run down
2. Food is acceptable (not great)  but very expensive and due to the location no other options except the shack outside

Superrrr experience

We visited during Holi 2021, for 2 days, 28th & 29th March. The resort was choc-a-bloc full. The entry point is a bit dampener, strolling thru kucha pucca muddy road....but after entering the premises from Beach side, once u reach the reception area, the vast swimming pool makes up for all. Its lovely, with good depth and one end and separate pool area for kids, plus additional pool bar with Bluetooth music system for blasting music of ur choice along with lazing around in the pool wala sitting chairs, make it a wonderful swimming pool experience. 
Now coming to rooms, the rooms are quite big in size and ACs are not old rather new generation....so cooling is quite efficient, which u will need every now and then due to hot and humid beach kind of weather, when ever u r out of the room, even for small times. Since every room currently lacks individual small refrigerator, we had to keep all our drinks etc in their restaurant wala fridge, and getting them back to our rooms is quite a task, if u don't set up a room boy. Food at the restaurant is limited as of now, though the management says it will become elaborate in the days to come.

The front desk was quite adamant during check out time and did not allow late check out, even till 11.30 am ( standard time as mentioned by them is 10am ) 

But overall, the nearness to the beach, big vast swimming pool, with option of diving depth makes up for all things in short supply. 

A big swimming pool loving group is a necessity though.

Lovely resort for short stay

The property is one of the best in Mandarmani , On the higher side of the budget though  it provides a great stay with very good amenities .The Bar cum Pool is one of the best and very well maintained ,Its  suites families well and its Pet friendly with extra charges .Very good for kids as it has a small park.

There are a few concern though :-
1) Bedsheets are not changed daily unless request , more like unprofessional guys are used as room service
2) Toilet Papers are not provided unless asked
3) Room services are very late simple Tea/coffee is  sent in 40min 
4)Very few staffs in canteen so your service is always delayed  , like if you plan for some food at 7pm order by 6pm  and give reminders 

Family time Great time

The USP of this resort is definitely it's beautiful swimming pool. Bar tender Rintu deserves a special mention for his courteous behavior and service.Food was great with restaurant staff Sanjoy who was taking care of each and every guest personally was really touching. The rooms and bathrooms seriously need a lot of improvement. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and would love to visit this place again.

Great place to chill out

Looking at its premium price one may assume a lot of facilitates at the hotel but will be disappointed once they are there.

First and foremost, please know that this hotel doesn't accept credit cards. And there is no ATM within a 30-minute drive of the hotel. So, carry cash or use UPI/mobile wallet. Oh! no wifi in the room too. And please do check-out by 10 AM because many invisible guests will be waiting for their room.

The hotel is located by the sea among several other resorts of similar type. There is nothing else in that area. So,it is a nice location but very limited dining option. Even this hotel, theoretically, offers à la carte food but in practice one has to choose from what is in the buffet. The buffet food on offer is nice though it is always served cold, and replenishment is slow.

The rooms are nice and big. The sea-facing rooms have a nice view from the balcony. The bathrooms are huge and reasonably clean. No complaints here.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool that is primarily used by partially submerged patrons to drink and smoke. Real swimmers can have a jolly good time.

Overall nice experience if one could overlook somewhat cheap attitude that doesn't go well with the premium price that this hotel charges.
