We were a group that had flights to catch at different hours, so we checked into this hotel. They went out of the way to accommodation our differing check out times and give us the comfort we needed.

Exceptional service going out of the way

its an average hotel . The best point about this hotel is that its directl opposite the airport , you just cross the road to get into the airport.
Rooms are ok for a nights stay. Breakfast provided was good. staff are very polite and helpful. They even rpovided me their car free of cost for transporting my luggage to the airport . bathrooms have hot water provided all 25 hrs . 
its basic but very useful if u need to catch a flight at odd hours.

take this hotel if you have an early morning flight

Only advantage of this hotel is that it is at walking distance from the airport. 
Even being in Gujarat, this hotel is not for Gujarati.
They don't have Gujarati newspaper in the rack, no Gujarati dishes in the menu and no Gujarati channel in the Tata sky network.
Staff is good. Rooms are ok
Lift is very old style. Seems heated chamber in this humid and hot weather.

I reached late night and had an early check out. Apart from the fact tat it was close to the airport - it was rather disappointing. The rooms are certainly displaying signs of age. The en-suite toilets are very discouraging with walls getting discoloured. Maybe the management (=owners) are onto promoting other ventures, but in the bargain you are losing out on a splendid property.
Light, power, AC switches were inconveniently placed. Hullo there, you need to keep up with the times! You cannot have the only two power sockets being used for the TV and set top box. In today's world folks will need to charge up their laptops and cellphones too.
In room dining was prompt. Yet the quality was not up to the mark. Two out of three dishes ordered were overdone to the point you could call them burnt. Though they replaced one, the chef certainly needs to do some retrospection.
Overall, there was an atmosphere of it being impersonal. The employees were discharging their duties. The man at the reception was without a smile. So were the security guard and waiters.
You need to put your act together Sirs !

Just about ok

I stayed here overnight to catch a flight the next day. The rooms show their age and could be better maintained. Bathroom door was peeling off and the central AC vents were full of dust. The central AC does not work and instead a window AC is provided which makes a lot of racket. The service is good and food was average. Hygiene in presentation of the food could improve. The food was kept on a rug kept on a tray. They have a free service to airport which is just a minute away
