i am highly impressed with the courtesy shown by the hotel management. My sister was flying with her children to london via mumbai and we wanted a hotel where she could rest for 12 hours between flights. So we booked this hotel and it was the best decision we made. Pros Location The hotel is located near the airport and it is very convenient to go to and from the airport here Room comfort - she was upgraded to higher end room and she was very happy with both the size as well as comfort of the room Food - there are many restaurants adjoining the hotel which deliver directly to the hotel, menus which are shared with room guests by hotel management Staff - the staff was very corteous and polite and she as a single female traveller felt very comfortable and safe. they also helped her load and unload her luggage Shuttle service - there is a shuttle service available at reasonable rates to the airport 24 hours check in and check out - we can check in and check out any time within 24 hours. this makes it very convenient to travellers Cons - nothing Overall a fantastic value for money place for the money which we paid
