Cool and homely place with all basic facilities. Ideal for family or friends reunion. Owner is really nice and caring. Location is easily accessible and central to all points of interest. Located in a resedential area and parking available both at site and in owners house. Clean and well maintained house. Breakfast really tasty and welcome. 

The property is very good and is nicely located w.r.t. various tourist locations. Homestay owner is very nice person and makes you feel like home. the place where we stayed had 3 bedroom + drawing room. All the rooms had attached toilets and rooms were extremely clean. Also, the rates are pretty OK. Definitely a big YES from my side if you are going to visit Wayanard in coming months

We planned for vacation during Christmas holidays. So, it's obvious that most of the best and the good resorts will be booked earlier. The same way happened to us, and we were little tensed about the rooms. Finally, we hired a home stay in wayanadpalms. To be honest it's the simple and best for family members especially if you carry kids. The way they provide service is excellent, and the food is provided on time and all above that it's very delicious  home made food. When we go along with children either a toddler or infant I would say that wayanadpalms will be the best because of their service and the way they treat their customers. Customers aren't treated like customers but they treat them like their guests.

It was very nice place to stay and its very close to Kalpetta Town ( Hotels, Shopping Complexes etc )
We found this is centre place for visiting places like DAM, Pookode Lake, Meenmuttu falls, Edakal Caves, Sulthan Bathra, etc

Owner of this property , Mr Ajith is very good in proving facilities without hesitating any and helping nature
They care about like family member alltogether.
This property surrounded with Coffee garden, Pepper , Plam trees etc and very clean and Hygiene.........

Available Items : Complete House with 3 Rooms in ground floor portion, Cots & Beds, pillows, Hot and Cold Water, Fans, TV, Breakfast like ( Puttu , Appam ), Provides food for Lunch and Dinner on Request Basis, Locally places Mpas.

Some suggestions: Provided on Request basis Towels, Floor mats , Dust Bins. But its good if these are provided already.

Reached on 25th Dec from Bangalore and it was really nice to see the arrangement and Hassle-free on boarding in the rooms.
Owner Mr. Ajit has kept all the promises unlike others. Food was good, but prefer informing in advance @ the Menu and kind of taste you want (Keralite / North / other).

Overall it was nice experience.
