Its a reasonably well maintained property. It was our 3rd visit to the property in 2020-21 NY season and we enjoyed every bit of it. There were some hiccups with the appliances in the apartment we stayed but the team (Valanka, Ranjit) resolved those promply. Dont go with a 5* expectations and you'll enjoy the stay. Surroundings are quaint and staff is in general pleasant and helpful. Swimming Pool was closed (for some weird reason, as per 'management') otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

Great place to stay in S. Goa. Good value for money

I would be very wary about booking your holiday in Golden sands. From the start all the money had to be sent via bank transfer, cards were rejected. On arrival no one met us to explain how various things operated eg electric, tv, safe etc. Ringing valenka was hard work we ran out of gas after 3 days it took 2 days to get a new cannister. The cleaning is woeful carried out with a high level of incompetance. In second week caught cleaner rummaging through drawers.We have stayed 3 times before at this development and had no issues the layout,buildings and gardens are pretty,but it appears that who ever is managing it now needs replacing

Golden sands

Clean and comfortable, both for short and long stays. Good for families with children as well as young couple. The area is very peaceful and serene. The cottage has 24/7 customer support, therefore connectivity is not an issue at all. Our stay was good. We definitely recommend the place.

This apartment is not recommended for stay at all. The exterior ambiance is the same as shown in the pictures. But the interiors and washrooms are unclean and stinky. They do not provide housekeeping services. We were been told them housekeeping will be provided only on alternate days. Also the chairs provided to sit in the verandah were bad quality, plastic and broken.

Not worth staying

It was a very relaxing time in Goa, for the first time... close to the clean Betalbatim beach, yummy eateries around, clean and fresh apartments friendly people, and always helpful Goan, made my experience the most memorable one.
Highly recommended to all who wish to have a clean, and rejuvenation experience for one and all in family.
