It is a nice cosy little place with no much of ho la la. If you want peace and isolation, you are at the right place. If you want the whole world to be with you, it's just not happening. I wanted peace and got it along with their friendly service.

Nice Cosy Place

I had booked this room for two days and did manage to get very good discount on Cleartrip. It was a Standard AC room & for two days its cost was 760/-.

Service was good. Breakfast was complimentary. What excited me during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Everything was well maintained,a king size bed, with flat screen TV(working perfectly), quilt, bed sheet were clean too. They provided with the soap kit too. Had enough space for luggage. It even had a study table, which could be very handy at times. Enough space, clean & well maintained room. WiFi was working perfectly in the room and in all parts of hotel. Speed was perfect for Skype or Whatsapp call. Breakfast was not that great but okay. Hotel is located at a very calm place. You can hear the silence around you.

Overall it was an Awesome experience!!!

It was relaxing when I lied down. This is what anyone will expect during his stay in any hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel. If I had to visit Hyderabad again then definitely will look for this option :))

I never expected such a great service after booking the room for 345/- rupees night. This was beyond my expectation.

PS --> If you are new to Hyderabad then you might have to call the reception to guide you for the route. It's a bit inside and the overall building doesn't represent a hotel. So keep our eyes wide open for Jayabheri Enclave.

Wonderful Stay....Got more than what was expected :)

Had no problem and the experience was seamlessly beautiful. The staff was courteous, the restaurant was small but nice. It was real value for money. A real discovery in Gachibowli. Very near to DLF Cyberabad.

Nice Place Warm People

Been in this hotel/serviced apartment whatever you call it for almost one week. I must say the hotel is very neat and tidy for the price you pay if you are just looking for a decent place to stay near DLF. Cons are the WiFi is pathetic, it works well only at the reception. Breakfast is just name sake, just some stupid food to eat. But the rooms look clean and bedding is clean. There was some construction beside the building, it was very noisy during my stay.

Best for budget

Usually whenever i book a hotel,i would check the ratings on trip advisor and always got genuine feedback and a satisfactory stay wherever i went.However this time,for a change i fell for the ads Oyo rooms was putting out at every possible place and on the net and their classy website showing classy rooms everywhere at a highly affordable price.I should have realized from the beginning that there was something fishy about it,but i still went with Oyo rooms.So i visit their website and try to make a booking at a Botanical gardens property and it failed.Then i saw an offer from Redbus hotels whereby i would get a discount of 30% on hotels since i had booked a bus trip using redbus.I decided to book the same Oyo property and it said the hotel was full ,so i decided to go with the next oyo rooms close to that area and that was Oyo Botanical Gardens.I paid the full amount,and got confirmation for the same.The night before i was to travel i called Oyo rooms customer care,after 5-10 mins waiting ,they answered,i told them my booking number and they instead asked me for my mobile number which i gave and then i asked them for address of their property.An arrogant guy at the other end started telling me i have sent you the address so many times,and i was like i havent ever received it ,thats why i am calling.On repeatedly asking him ,he said i sent it 5 mins back,he sent me almost 15 + sms's while i was talking to him on the phone and claimed that he sent it before.Then the next day morning i get to the property,after waiting a long while,the proprietor tells me the email receipt i have is for the Botanical gardens property,i then showed him one of the several sms's the guy sent me and he confirmed my booking,later he told me Oyo hasnt cleared the payment,but i can take the room,it should get sorted out by evening.Later i called Oyo and they escalated the complaint to some resolution team who then kept harassing me that i hadnt paid and i had to pay.I told them several times to check the payment made to them in the other property and they refused saying i need to pay and that i havent made any payments at all.The redbus guys whom i called tried to sort it out and told me everything is clear,don't make any more payments,but the Oyo resolution guys kept calling me and harassing me.Their logic was i had made an attempt to book their property but it had failed,while they are so dumb to not understand that since that failed i had made full payment for another property and had a confirmed booking for the same.It was the worst trip thanks to them.Also the photos shown on their site is all fake,done in photoshop by their graphic artists sitting in their offices i assume because reality was far from what i saw.I am attaching the pics to this review.After making an issue on Facebook,Oyo agreed to look into the matter,and till date they havent sent me any clarification as to how my booking was goofed up or how their hotel was so full of crap unlike what they advertise.I rather go to a 2 star hotel than go to Oyo properties since they have shady buildings which were used as mens hostels,lodges etc.The only things they are good at doing is cheating people and advertising.I would always advice anyone to lookup a hotels reviews first before falling into Oyo like traps
