Offers clean rooms and excellent service. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and the food is also very good. Just check the deals before booking so you don't get disappointed when it comes to the price.

Great place to stay.

its one of the good hotel to stay in sawai madhopur. rooms are spacious. staff is guest friendly and place is quite pleasant. rooms are neat and clean. very good hotel to stay in ranthambhore. i recommend this hotel to stay in this town.

good hotel

Nice small resort. Restaurant is good with very tasty food, they are ready to prepare according to your need as we were traveling with small kids. A small pool area is also there. Overall pleasant stay.

Good family time

This is a not so good, not so bad hotel. Rooms were not that good. There was drainage problem in bathroom. Extra blanket that we asked for was of poor quality and couldn't be used. If you ask hotel guys to book safari, they will always book in route 6 (which is not so good) citing that there was a wonderful sightseeing in the morning on this route and tiger was spotted.
Good thing - Nice food, swimming pool was ok - though they were not changing the water everyday.

Average Hotel

Positive:
Rooms renovated recently. And hence new furnishing. Very soft spring bed was a pleasant surprise. Small fridge in the room.
Staff was friendly and mostly willing to entertain minor / miscellaneous requests.
Swimming pool was clean (probably because we went during the first weekend of the season)
Hotel food was tasty.

Negative:
The kitchen of the hotel constantly emitted some smell (coal burning / wood burning) that was discomforting even inside the room
The kitchen (from inside) was very unclean. The AlaCarte service was super slow (45 min waiting)
Slightly small rooms with two open windows towards the top of the wall. Voice easily travels to and from the verandah.
Location of the hotel is ~3 km from railway station. And 8km from the Fort. In a small town like Sawai Madhopur - it is far. Ideal place to stay is walking distance from either a circle near Kanha restaurant. Or close to the entrance of the park.

Decent rooms and service

stayed here during off season for 4 nights and have mixed feelings. Cos of the off season many of the hotels services were off and this was disappointing, The pool was under construction, there was hardly any food in the restaurant, there is no bar in the place and so on. The rooms were musty smelling and I was the only guest in the entire place. The first night was horrible as the corridor lights were left on and the monsoon brought with it, many crickets into the room and gave me a sleepless night. But this is where i met the boy who works at the place, he came the next morning and cleared all of the crickets away and also ensured that the lights wouldnt be left on from the next night on. The management ensured that towels were put under the door every night so the creatures couldnt creep under the door. 

The staff was available for help for almost anything and did their best to make us feel comfortable. I changed rooms thrice looking for a room with a good aC, a good TV connection etc. There is no set up box in this place so what you get is a crappy cable connection, so dont bet on watching any good tv shows in here. There is a wine shop right next to the property and that is a big plus. The place itself is on the main road and that was another big plus. 

Overall, if yuo are ok with crickets in your room, you can try this out during the off season. I am not sure about the full season time though!
