The worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. As a woman travelling to other cities this hotel is the worst!! A man from the management literally used the master key to enter my room which I’ve never seen in my life. Thankfully I was with someone at the time and when reported to the management they were also was so rude and justifying this act even after informing them about our checkout timing at the very start along with communication on phone calls. Worst experience and I tell every traveller reading this to never opt in this place with a woman because the Managment has no boundaries ans sense of respect or privacy.

Worst stay with the worst staff in the world possible. Simply uneducated, unethical and have no clear boundaries.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, Atish on reception was very kind and helpful, houskeeping service was bit delayed otherwise everything was great will highly recommend to everyone who is looking for best hotel in affordable rate 

Amazing and affordable

It was the wonderful stay , if you are looking for great hospitality and clean environment 
It was my first stay near passport office and it was good location if you want all things you required for official visit, all things are available near this hotel

Wonderful

The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please do not waste your money on this hotel. The 1 star I have given is just for the staff......that is the only good thing here. The rooms are spacious but nothing is working here, neither the AC, nor the TV or the plugs or the Internet. The bathroom sucks with the sink always getting clogged. They do not have extra bed, only provide extra mattress and you do not want to see those dirty, smelly,  torn mattresses. 

I feel pity for the staff working here as they are on receiving end for no fault of theirs, whereas the management are not bothered at all.

WORST HOTEL

The accommodation was too good and the food service was excellent with tastey dishes. I recommend everyone to atleast try once being here in ginger , very friendly feels like being in a family, especially MR. Rajkaran helped and took good care of us .

Excellent service

pathetic staff. Hotel manageris clueless about transport suggestions. Asked for extra bed at time of booking and they didnt deliver despite reminders till night. hot water was not available for shower in night!! food in restaurant was saving grace. Room was clean but no privacy in bathroom area is small and design is flawed. no parking facility and not suitable for senior citizens as auto doesnt come into the lane

Good location, within walking distance of eating places, close to malls and nightlife. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfasts good with friendly waitstaff. The real star of the place is the manager, Rohan. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and convenient, doing us many favors and even using his personal vehicle for our airport transfer. Overall, Magnus is a good choice. Thanks to all of the staff!

Excellent management in a comfortable setting

The suite was not prepared for the guest to check-in. The bathroom door lock was not working, cockroaches were roaming in the cupboards and parking was limited. I had to call the staff to clean and adjust the lock.
While booking I saw continental breakfast as complimentary, however only two varieties of breakfast were served daily along with bread and Jam. Food was on the costlier side, and the taste was ok.
The staff were very responsive and addressed to all my concerns promptly.

Ok hotel.Nothing great to write and had short comings

I had stay for 4n/5d , i had booked to see Fab  brand name ,thought it would be good but it was my worst experience here they charge me early check in charges for just 1 hour difference , as i had confirm one day earlier their customer care and they said no early check in charges apply if room are available but hotel staff not provided me room though room was available to give, they just focus to earn money not see guest comfortableness, also they are charge for snacks which they put in room more than MRP prices , like 10 rs chocolate they charge 25 rs, it is also unethical , i  had stay many 4 star and 5 star hotels but they use to provide early check in free as per room availability but this is with Fab hotel of magnus such a bad experience .
