I stayed here few years back and that made me make this mistake of coming back again and not trusting recent reviews on google which were all negative.
I stayed with family and booked 2 rooms for 4 days...most Horrible experience we had and no help from GOIBIBO was provided even after repeated calls
Hotel staff was unfriendly, food was awfull, service was like asking the staff for there kidneys they had NO for everything we asked, uncorteous staff had no basic etiquette we asked them to cook plain aloo parathas for my 2 year old baby and they had a big NO as the mixture gets ready and chillies cant be added or removed from mixture poor guys couldn't boil 2 potatoes sepereatly for the baby we had to feed him with tetra pack milk.....
Anything you ask for you have to repeat 10 times to get it, half of the items aren't there in the menu, they have written north Indian, Chinese & Continental outside hotel and poor buggers didn't even had north india  full menu continental and Chinese is Greek to them.
Bell boy, sweeper and waiter is same guy, who helps in kitchen also...though we had breakfast included in the package we didn't eat breakfast or any meals from this hotel since we saw this sweeper in kitchen flipping parathas....we informed everything to goibibo people and they went underground.....wouldn't recommend Goibibo and this hotel to anyone

Worst hotel I ever stayed in

The hotel is not as per description on the net. I don't know how people are giving 5 stars. This hotel deserves minus 1 star.
Bad Hotel. Everything is dirty and smelly. Only 1 staff for room service. They do not know what a traveler basic need in their room. No drinking water and towels were dirty. bedsheet was smelly. The floor was not wiped from months I think

They Are Cheater

i am visit with my frnd in this hotel and acomodation is good, rooms also but the staff is awesome specially two people (nirmala and durga ji) her friendly behavier is got us crazy.....both are awesome and nice people

The rooms were small and stinky. They do not know the  concept of room service at all . Bathroom were smelly and gyeser were not working in chilly weather of 1 Degree.
No drinking water in room. Room was so dirty that I think they have not wiped it from 15 days. We have small kids with us and they have no courtesy to get water and glass even if we had asked . We have booked this hotel through Oyo and we have booked 6 rooms there with advance  payment. Cheating point was not working. Even TV unit plug was not working. We reached hotel around 10AM  and after such bad experience and facing so much difficulty we left the hotel around 4Pam. Kids were so hungry that we had Maggie and tea from a small shop outside the hotel. 
Worst staff. The lady on reception was so rude that when we were unloading our luggage she said please asked kids to be in one room. They have prior information about our booking but room were not ready and she asked us to wait. The lady was so rude and she was perfect example to make your visit a worst experience. 

Never stay in this hotel. We have the bad experience of our life.

Wish there was a negative rating option.

1. Ill mannered staff. 
2. Rooms just have TV. No set top box. When you ask for them for TV connection, it takes them 1 hour to recharge with minimal top up value, whereby hardly any channels are connected.
3. Of the looong menu card, only 2 items are available. Eat it or leave it
4. They don't accept card payment. Only cash

We had booked rooms for our family for overnight stay, but given the staff behaviour and amenities, we checked out within hours.
